We pride ourselves on the quality of all our products and the length of service they offer. We were recently contacted by a customer who wanted a replacement for his 20 year old Price Western Leather Belt...

...after almost 20 years of daily usage, the belt was coming 'to the end of its life'. We take customer service very seriously - whether you are buying a single item or equipping a team - and have since returned a new belt free of charge.

The customer in question, Michael, has sent us the reply below (shown with permission):

"Thank you for the kind offer of a new replacement belt. The first Price Western belt I brought was from a gun shop [...] with a holster and two double mag pouches all for £28.00. That was in 1982 and I have just stopped using that belt as it has become a bit frayed.

Then I brought a new belt in about '92. This one I am still using almost every day as a work belt but it is coming to the end of its life: that's why I need a new one.

I have not yet found a make of belt in the high street that can hold a candle to your quality and strength of your product."
